Herbal medicine
consulations
Herbal medicine consultations are an in-depth way to review your health.
​
In a consultation, we will discuss your current health complaint and individual bodily systems. This will allow an insight into your health and the assessment of any imbalances.
​
Consultations will include blood pressure taking, oxygen reading and a physical examination if necessary.
​
After the initial consultation there will be monthly follow-up consulations to assess the progress being made with the Herbal medicine.​
​
Consultations are available via Zoom or In-person!
Tailored
Herbal Prescriptions
After your herbal medicine consultation, all your individual needs will be reviewed and a bespoke prescription will be made - Completely tailored to you!

After every consultation a one month prescription will be given.​
​
Options for prescriptions include:

A tincture blend - a liquid extraction of herbs. Extracted in water and alcohol. ​

Herbal tea blend- Individual blended dried herbs, extracted in boiled water.​

Capsules - Powdered herbs in capsule forms. ​

Creams- For topical applications.
Bespoke Lifestyle information Sheet
After the consultation, accompanying your Herbal medicine prescription will be an in-depth supplementary advice sheet.

The sheet will offer guidance upon nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, as well as much more depending on your health condition.
